Refund, Credit, and Purchaser Agreement Policy for Public Sound Baths

At Kyle Lam Sound Healing, we are committed to creating a sacred, immersive, and uninterrupted space for all participants. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following Refund & Event Credit Policy applies to all ticket purchases. Please read carefully before confirming your booking. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

All ticket sales are subject to the following refund conditions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kylelamsoundhealing.com within 72 hours of the original ticket purchase⁠. If a ticket is purchased within 72 hours of the event’s official start time⁠, the purchase is considered final sale and non-refundable⁠. Booking and processing fees are non-refundable.

2. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Conditions

Tickets become final sale and non-refundable if:

• More than 72 hours have passed since the original purchase
• The event is less than 72 hours away at the time of purchase
• Booking and processing fees are included in the purchase

Refunds or event credits will not be issued under any circumstance except as expressly stated below, including:

• Schedule changes
• Travel delays
• Illness without documentation
• Misunderstandings of the refund policy
• Event modifications (date, time, location)

3. Medical Emergencies

If you are unable to attend due to a verifiable medical emergency and notify us in writing 48 hours prior of the event’s start time⁠, a one-time event credit equal to your ticket value (excluding fees) may be issued.

• Credit is valid for 30 calendar days from the original event date⁠, not from the date of request.
• It is valid for one future public event only and cannot be split or transferred.
• Credit is non-refundable and becomes void after expiration.

4. Ticket Price Differences

• If the future event is more expensive⁠, you must pay the difference prior to booking.
• If it is less expensive⁠, no refund or balance credit will be issued, and unused amounts may not be applied to other events.

5. Ticket Transfer & Group Purchase

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent. If you are purchasing on behalf of others, you agree to these terms on their behalf and are responsible for informing them.

6. Late Arrivals & Entry Policy

A 5-minute grace period is granted after the event starts. After that:

• No late entry will be allowed.
• Your ticket is forfeited without refund or credit⁠.
• Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early.

7. Sold-Out Events & Ticket Resale

If an event sells out⁠, no refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances⁠, including medical emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or last-minute cancellations.

If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to sell or transfer your own ticket privately. Kyle Lam Sound Healing is not responsible for assisting with or facilitating ticket transfers.

8. Organizer-Initiated Changes

In case of necessary changes to the date, time, or location due to unforeseen circumstances, all refund and credit policies remain in full effect. These changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

9. Additional Purchaser Agreements Remain in Effect

All additional purchaser agreements remain fully enforceable, including, without limitation:

Liability Waiver and Photo Release

Chakra Experience and Acupuncture Release Form

Open Aerial Liability Waiver

Where multiple terms apply, they are intended to be read together and enforced cumulatively.

10. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Public Sound Bath Term and Policies. This agreement is binding and enforceable.

Training Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read carefully before registering for any training.

Effective immediately, all training purchases are non-refundable.

By registering, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your registration is complete.
• We do not offer refunds for any reason.
• If the training is sold out and we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future training. This credit is not guaranteed and is only granted if your spot is successfully filled.
