Required Agreement Prior to Purchase
By purchasing a private training with Kyle Lam Sound Healing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions in full.
1. Non-Refundable Purchase (Required Acknowledgment)
All private training purchases are non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments made are final.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason.
- If the Client cancels for any reason, any payment already made may, at the sole discretion of the Contractor, be applied as a credit toward future services within a specified timeframe or be forfeited entirely.
2. Agreement to Private Training Contract
By purchasing this training, you agree to be bound by the full terms of the Kyle Lam Sound Healing Private Training Contract, including all policies related to scheduling, cancellation, intellectual property, liability, and conduct.
3. Term of Agreement
The term of this agreement begins on the date of purchase and remains in effect until the completion of the agreed-upon services, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these terms. The term may be extended only by mutual written agreement.
4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
The Client agrees that all material taught within the private training:
- May not be plagiarized, distributed, reproduced, or presented as the Client’s own work
- May not be shared in any format, including but not limited to video, audio, social media, online platforms, or written materials
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Fees
- Date selection is only guaranteed upon the confirmation from Kyle Lam Sound HEaling
- Any changes made to the confirmed booking date within 14 days of the scheduled session will incur a $100 rebooking fee.
- Any cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the full amount.
- The Contractor reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide at least 3 days’ notice.
6. Multi-Level Private Training Packages
For private training packages that include multiple levels:
- Each level must be completed within six (6) months of completing the previous level.
- Failure to complete a level within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the entire remaining package balance.
- Any continuation after forfeiture requires repurchase at current pricing, without discounts or promotional rates.
7. Waiver & Release of Liability
By purchasing and participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily participating in activities that may include yoga, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, movement, and related practices.
- You understand and accept all risks, known and unknown, including physical injury, illness, emotional distress, or death.
- You release and forever discharge Kyle Lam Sound Healing, Kyle Lam, and all affiliates, staff, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation or travel related to these services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyle Lam Sound Healing from any claims brought by you or on your behalf.
- You accept financial responsibility for any medical treatment required and for any damage caused to facilities or equipment due to negligence or recklessness.
This release includes claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Final Acknowledgment
By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood all terms above
- You agree that your purchase is non-refundable
- You voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions
