Our beginner's course is meticulously crafted for those who possess little or no prior experience with sound baths. It is tailored for individuals curious about how sound baths influence the body, mind, and heart or those seeking to cultivate a personal mindfulness and meditation practice in the comfort of their own homes.

What does this course entail?

A dedicated five hour private instruction session, personally guided and critiqued by myself, Kyle Lam.
A pre-training consultation call with me to discuss your intentions, prior experience, and expectations.
Mastery of proper techniques and methods for playing over eight distinct planetary gongs, a beginner set of seven crystal singing bowls, and their accompanying accessories.
Building confidence and familiarity with each instrument, ensuring your knowledge evolves with dedicated practice.
Understanding how different sounds, tones, and harmonies can induce various emotional, physiological, and neurological states.

Is it necessary to have musical experience to take this training?

Absolutely not. I will personally convey the necessary musical theory during your training.

Do I need my own set of instruments for the training?

No, we provide all the instruments you'll need for the training. However, if you have your own instruments and wish to practice with them, feel free to bring them along. Our experience enables us to work with a wide range of planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls.

Where and what time frame will the training be held?

The training will be held at our private residence in Laguna Woods, located in South Orange County, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Are there specific dates we can take the training on?

Generally, we offer the most flexibility on weekdays and can make arrangements for weekends with advance notice.

How much is the training?

The total tuition for our Level 1 Sound Bath Training is $1000.

What if I have a spouse, partner, or friend that wants to take the training with me?

Certainly! Learning together can be a rewarding bonding experience. We offer a special rate of $750 per person if you both choose to take it together.

Why is the certificate optional?

While some may claim that certification is mandatory for sound healing practice, we believe in transparency. To enroll in this course is a commitment to self-improvement and spiritual growth. However, we understand that, for some, a certificate of completion is a testament to their dedication. Certain individuals or establishments may require certification to host public sound events, and our Level 2 Sound Healer Training Course prepares you for this, culminating in a Sound Healer Certificate upon completion.

Do I need to complete Level 1 in order to take Level 2?

If you have little to no experience with sound baths, Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2. If you have already completed an introductory in-person sound bath course, please contact us directly to discuss whether it fulfills the prerequisite requirement for Level 2.
